Python 's Standard Implementation
Installation
Before you install Python on Windows, it's best to install the latest “Visual C++ Redistributable Runtime ” from Microsoft.
The standard implementation of Python is also called CPython. CPython for Windows can be obtained at the following URI.

About one gibioctet of free disk space should be sufficient for the installation.
(Before the installation, the security level for »%AppData%\Local\Temp« must be reset to »Unrestricted« if this was previously set to a different value.)
After installing the software on Windows, a Python implementation can be started via the Start menu item „Python 3.9 > Python 3.9“. (It is not necessary to start it right now.)
