Finding a Free Document ID

- Add an entry to the 73-list

- Create a stub directory in \r\~\.ram\user\public\articles\public\

Editing the Source

One must take care to use only an UTF-8-Editor that does not modify any characters on loading.

Translating to a WWW representation

- Edit "\r\s\Pormup\current.bat" for the new article

- Idea: it will auto-find the newest article

- Run "\r\s\Pormup\0 compile and view\HTML-Portark.bat" to compile and preview

- Write the rest of the Article
